BCT Partners is a management, policy and technology consulting firm that works with government agencies, corporations, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and foundations to improve organizational effectiveness and support strategies for change.

As part of Neighborhood Networks - a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) initiative designed to improve computer access, compouter literacy, and employment/educational opportunities for low-income individuals - BCT Partners provides services in the areas of National Partnership Development and Consortia Development. BCT Partners is a minority owned firm and is based out of Newark, New Jersey.
