MassHousing
MassHousing is the leading affordable housing lender in Massachusetts.
The purpose of our Agency is to provide home ownership and rental
housing opportunities for Massachusetts residents with low- and
moderate- incomes who are under-served by conventional housing markets.
We respond to this need by using private capital to produce, preserve
and expand access to safe, secure, and attractive affordable housing.
In our longstanding efforts to provide resources that benefit the
residents we serve, we have expanded our public safety program to
incorporate a strong focus on increasing resident involvement with
technology. Through our support of MassIMPACT we have joined with
other professionals and organizations to form a consortium whose
vision is to provide communities with optimal access to technology
that will enable them to launch and sustain positive community initiatives.
