Ralph Eugene Holder
Mr.
Holder is an honorably discharged disabled veteran of the United
States Air Force, who currently works as a Senior Adjudication
Officer with the U.S. Department of State. His past employment
has included more than 25 years in various capacities of leadership
and supervision in the criminal justice career field, including
the MHFA/HUD Boston Special Police Officer program working in
the areas of Dorchester, Roxbury and Mattapan.
Mr. Holder was
born and raised in Massachusetts and is uniquely aware of the
number of problems facing the local communities in arenas of
education, employment and government. He is a former student
of the McNair Scholars Program at Salem State College and currently
holds an Associate in Science Criminal Justice Degree (Magna
Cum Laude) from Northern Essex Community College, a Bachelor
of Science Criminal Justice Degree (Cum Laude) and a Master of
Arts Criminal Justice Degree from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell.
Mr. Holder has garnered many academic achievement awards and
hopes to use his experience, education and training to help the
organization and community meet the technological challenges
of today’s society.
