Robert Francis

Robert Francis is the former Chief of the Boston Municiple Police and retired in 2003 after thiryt eight years of service with the City of Boston. He is currently the Treasurer of the City of Boston Credit Union and the owner of R.P.F., Security Associates, Inc. Mr. Francis has served as the Vice President of the City Wide Board for Boston Community Centers. Mr. Francis was also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Director of the Dorchester Youth Resource Center.
