MassIMPACT plans to offer a range of services in order to
support the information access, skills development and capacity
building goals of its individual and organizational members.
MassIMPACT will offer ongoing scheduled training sessions and
specialized workshops that will be conducted by industry experts
and experienced professionals.
In order to maximize the potency
of the consortium, MassIMPACT’s
service offering will also tap into the expertise of its membership
base by enabling interested and qualified individuals and organizations
to provide training sessions and workshops to the membership.
MassIMPACT will also utilize the network of technology centers
as potential training and workshop sites and for featured exhibitions.
On occasion, various training sessions and workshops will be
accessible via web event broadcasting coordinated through MassIMPACT. In order to build awareness and optimize access to
digital
media technologies, MassIMPACT will provide an Area Resource
and Connections Help-board (ARCH) database that will contain
a range of information such as proven technology solutions,
emerging digital media technologies, local experts and available
funding
resources.
